HR & Office Manager (60%-80%)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To strengthen our team we are looking for a motivated and experienced HR & Office Manager (60-80%).

In this versatile and varied position, you will be responsible for all internal HR and office matters and ensure that our employees and the office have everything they need. As the central point of contact, you will ensure that everyday office life runs smoothly and be available to answer all administrative questions and concerns.

 

Your tasks include:

Human resources:

  • Responsible for handling day-to-day HR business as well as organizing and optimizing HR processes from entry to exit
  • Recruitment, including drawing up employment contracts and references
  • Filing and maintaining personnel files and ensuring compliance with labor law regulations
  • Developing the HR strategy to ensure efficient and future-oriented personnel development
  • Managing and conducting annual employee appraisals in collaboration with managers
  • Advising and supporting the management team in personnel planning and HR matters
  • Promoting a positive work culture and implementing measures to increase employee satisfaction and loyalty
  • Contact person for employees in all HR-related matters

Office management:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office operations
  • General office management including ordering office supplies, managing office infrastructure & IT software/hardware and coordinating maintenance work
  • Development, implementation and continuous improvement of administrative processes and office guidelines
  • Contact person for external partners & authorities
  • Supporting the management in administrative and organizational tasks
  • Organization and coordination of internal events

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Commercial training and further training or comparable qualification in HR desirable
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable function in HR and office management and in a dynamic environment, agency experience an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Positive, friendly personality who likes to work independently and take responsibility
  • You have a lot of self-initiative, are solution-oriented and keep an overview even inhectic situations
  • You have strong negotiating skills and assertiveness and can set clear priorities in the daily grind
  • High social skills and communication skills are also among your strengths
  • Confident handling of MS Teams and experience with Abacus HR software is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills are required
