Multimedia Producer (60%-80%)

From strategy to creation to implementation, we work collaboratively with our clients on the production of real and virtual events, as well as cross-media communication.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To strengthen our Motion Team, we are looking for a committed and qualified Multimedia Producer to start immediately or by agreement.
You bring modern, realistic storytelling, a keen sense of visual design, music and rhythm, and an open, communicative manner. With us, you can contribute your ideas and help shape the process; focused and precise work on set is important to us, as is enjoying the production process.
YOUR TASKS
- Responsibility for conception, production and post-production, from the initial idea to the final broadcast
- Planning and directing shoots and coordinating teams for camera, sound, lighting, editing and grading
- Editing, audio mixing, colour grading and motion design in daily practice
- Development and implementation of moving image concepts (event documentation, commercials, interviews, testimonials, animation, social formats)
- Implementation on set, alone or with a production team
- Technical responsibility for equipment and quality assurance
- Planning and execution of live streams
- Photography is an advantage
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in production and post-production, ideally in an agency or company
- In-depth knowledge of camera work, sound and lighting design
- Confident use of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and DaVinci Resolve
- Creative, flexible, hands-on and experienced in the entire production chain
- Experience with channel- and format-appropriate content (YouTube, Instagram Reels, etc.)
- Team-oriented, process-oriented and able to work under pressure, even in hectic situations
- Native German speaker, fluent in English
