Multimedia Producer for Animation/Motion Graphics (80%-100%)

WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a dedicated and qualified multimedia producer with a focus on animation and motion design to join our motion team. Modern, true-to-life storytelling, especially in the live sector, is exactly your thing. There you can demonstrate your good taste in visual design and your flair for dramaturgy. You have an open, enthusiastic and communicative personality. With us, there is room for input and co-creation. We like to work in a concentrated, precise and calm atmosphere on set, but we also value having fun.
YOUR TASKS
- From conception to production to post: You take responsibility for all relevant steps of a video and motion graphics production for events and involve the right partners
- As a Motion Designer, you will be responsible for the supervision of major events and their screen content
- With your animations, you create immersive worlds that you bring to life through video mapping
- As a creative mind, you are responsible for the creation and implementation of moving image content based on a guiding concept. Together with our creative team, you will develop exciting and entertaining moving image concepts
- In addition, you will be responsible for the realization of the resulting concepts with a production team where you can contribute your production experience
- You will be responsible for the technical aspects of the equipment
- You define the look and quality of our videos to the highest standards
- Motion design, animation and editing are among your strengths
- You’re not afraid to stand behind the camera from time to time
YOUR PROFILE
- You have professional production and post-production experience in agency, company or similar environment
- You have a solid knowledge of animation and are familiar with sound standards and lighting design
- Confident and fast handling of the Adobe palette
- Affinity for media servers for live events. (e.g. Resolume, Pandoras Box, etc.)
- You understand video production end-to-end and impress with your creativity, flexibility and hands-on mentality
- Whether YouTube video or event content: you know the common video formats and can produce channel-specific content
- As a team player, you love communicating with employees and contact points and at the same time have a strong understanding of structures and processes
- Even when things get stressful, you keep a cool head and work with absolute professionalism
- You have a very good command of German (mother tongue) as well as good oral and written English skills
