ABB | Jubilee celebration 2017

We have been implementing the annual jubilee celebration for our client ABB since 2012. The celebration offers the perfect opportunity to thank employees for their commitment. Our latest concept hence spotlights their many years of service.

ABB is a global energy and automation corporation that thrives on the know-how of its own employees. For this reason, all those who have worked for ABB Switzerland for 15, 25, 40 or 50 years are given a festive event. The event celebrates all the years that the invited 500 to 800 employees have been working for ABB: 3680 years. 

Glamour is the order of the day, with a celebratory dinner and live acts – after all, the employees have been committed to ABB for an incredible 3680 years. Singer Jizelle opens the evening and sings about the many years of service of the employees in a cabaret song. Melanie Winniger leads through the evening and announces the impressively staged unveiling of the years of service: A light show with three-dimensional numbers. 

Throughout the evening, hostesses circulate with iPads: they photograph the guests and collect wishes for all the years to come. The wishes and photos are transmitted live to the event screens. Coloro perform with their multimedia show before Marc Sway gets everyone dancing with an infectious concert – as a thank you for the 3680 years in which everyone has brought ABB forward together.
