ABB | Jubilee Celebration 2025
Garden of Generations
Drawing inspiration from the garden as a symbol of diversity and growth, ABB celebrated the dedication of its employees. On this special evening, every personality became part of a vibrant collective, celebrating shared roots and individual strengths within a flourishing garden.
Under the theme „Garden of Generations“, ABB celebrated the diversity, history and shared development of its employees at Halle 622 in Zurich. The evening started with a warm welcome in the foyer, where staff dressed as gardeners greeted guests and served welcome drinks, setting the tone for this special event which uniquely blended history and togetherness.
The central stage was transformed into a garden, designed as a luminous clearing in the middle of the room. Tree islands, a leafy green pattern of light on the walls and lovingly arranged meadow flowers on the tables brought the garden theme to life. Christa Rigozzi welcomed all the guests to the evening, building anticipation for the garden-inspired festivities with her multilingual presentation. The show opened with a poetic LED butterfly dance performance that symbolically brought the garden to bloom. With their flowing movements, glowing costumes and graceful choreography, the performers drew the audience further into the theme of the evening.
An emotional photo slideshow reflecting on ABB’s rich history was shown between courses. Showcasing images, milestones and people from across the decades, it created a bond between different generations. The musical highlight of the evening was the live performance by Marius Bear, whose voice filled the space with emotion. Blending powerful ballads with intimate moments, he created a shared experience that resonated deeply.
After an elegant seated dinner, the garden was transformed into a whimsical afterparty. Under colourful lanterns, the Swiss band Maxime got everyone on the dance floor with their live music and vibrant atmosphere. This was followed by a DJ who kept the party going late into the night. Every moment of the evening reflected the values that ABB is built on: its people, their stories and journeys, and the roots they share. The “Garden of Generations” wasn’t just a stage – it was a living symbol of appreciation and community, representing a future in full bloom.
