The annual Salesforce Basecamp takes place first in Zurich in the summer and then in another region of Switzerland in the winter. Live Lab has been implementing the customer fairs in national park style exclusively since 2017.
For the third time, Live Lab transformed the Samsung Hall in Zurich into a luscious national park for Salesforce Basecamp. The growing event not only received a setup makeover within Samsung Hall, but for the first time also spread to the outdoor spaces and into the adjacent building. From the very first moment, the attendees were welcomed into a friendly Salesforce world, encompassing technology with wooden elements and greenery. Roundtable sessions turned into immersive campfire settings. The main keynote made the audience even feel like they were directly standing in a forest with a spectacular view on to the stage. A great success this year was the implementation of headphones for ‘silent sessions’. Similar to the concept of ‘silent discos’, this method enabled four speakers to present engaging content next to one another without noise crossover. With all this attention to detail, the 2019 Basecamp resulted in happy faces all around.
