Tata Consultancy Services | Global Reception 2018

During the Annual Meeting in Davos, Tata Consultancy Services traditionally invites its partners and clients to the Global Reception. Live Lab has been staging the event with a new 360° projection in the Live Lab Dome every year since 2016. In 2018, three different dome projections told the story of digitalisation in our everyday lives.

For us, 2018 began under a virtual sky. For TCS’s annual Global Reception in Davos, which marked the TATA Group’s 150th anniversary, we created a fascinating scenic experience in three acts: “Smart City”, “Village Moods” and “Savannah Scenario”. To bring each experience to life, we used a 360°large-scale projection to transform the interior of the Live Lab Dome into an interchanging panoramic production. Guests were surrounded by a meticulously-crafted landscape, and immersed within a vibrant real-time journey. All three motion graphic themes highlighted various projects within the TCS company portfolio – while simultaneously illustrating the transformative potential of digitalisation and all the ways it can empower communities across the world.
