The Female Quotient | Equality Lounge 2018

«The Equality Lounge» is a globally circulating activation that makes a yearly stop at the Annual Meeting. Live Lab implemented the Equality Lounge in Davos for the first time in 2018.

For The Female Quotient (TFQ)’s appearance at the World Economic Forum in Davos in 2018, we designed a meeting place, the “Equality Lounge” in the restaurant and bar area of the Panorama Hotel where people could exchange and network on gender and diversity in business. At various panels with well-known representatives from the economy, the visitors could experience how others deal with these topics. In developing the design, we paid particular attention to two central themes that are recurring in The Female Quotient’s philosophy: Competence and warmth.
