The Female Quotient | Equality Lounge 2022

«The Female Quotient» is committed to promoting equality in the workplace worldwide. At the Annual Meeting in Davos, the company hosts panel discussions in its Equality Lounge. Over two days, renowned speakers in leadership roles from various companies presented metrics on activation, accountability and diversity. Each panel focused on a different aspect of workplace equality, with carefully selected speakers to match.

The events, which took place in a relaxed atmosphere, were attended by a large number of engaged and interested guests. The coordination of the numerous speakers over two event days and the optimal use of the intensively occupied event space were the biggest challenges. This was solved by a clever spatial concept consisting of an informative panel area and a retreat area for the guests, where they could discuss and reflect together. All panels were also dynamically live-streamed on LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
