TWINT | Partners Day 2023

Together with TWINT, we have set a new benchmark for a fresh and active format in the payments industry. We have created an event that connects and inspires partners and customers in an annual industry highlight, promoting not only exchange but also the creation of new projects.

Beyond Payment

At the Partner Day, visitors were able to discover what is already possible with TWINT today and what payment innovations are in store for the future. Our client’s centrepiece, the TWINT app, was showcased in numerous interactions throughout the event: On stage as part of the screen design, in case presentations as a service experience and at the party to post selfies. In addition, the young and up-and-coming brand ties it all together with the development of ideas that go beyond traditional financial services and will simplify life today and in the future. 

In the early afternoon, we welcomed around 150 invited guests to the “Kraftwerk”, the EWZ Selnau power station. The extraordinary location, with its industrial look and unique hands-on charm, was transformed into the TWINT brand space for the day by our graphic staging of the large container windows and the stage. Following the inspiring “Now & Beyond” keynote, partners, customers and employees were able to network throughout the location, deepening relationships and learning about various TWINT applications. Nine ‘Beyond Payment’ cases were atmospherically staged in the location’s containers: Visitors could visit a farm shop, pay cashless at a parking meter or dress up and have their picture taken in a club pub. Again and again, the TWINT app made life easier, for example by allowing visitors to use a QR code to order a personalised drink, which could then be picked up at the TWINT bar. 

A further 280 invited guests joined the after-work drinks in the early evening. The rest of the programme continued with flying catering and led to the highlight of the event: the 5 million user party!  A huge milestone in the young history of TWINT, and one that we celebrated enthusiastically with a golden shower of confetti, live music and dance acts on stage, as well as the rich sounds of the TWINT management DJ crew.
