Salesforce Basecamp, which usually takes place in a physical setting, is a complete success every year – both for Salesforce, its customers and guests. For this reason, Basecamp was rescheduled to take place again in 2020, online, where it should be just as inspiring and provide added value in terms of content just as before. To do justice to this, we developed an entertaining, informative TV series consisting of several episodes, which was broadcasted within a month. All episodes were shot in two different studios, so that a dynamic exchange between the experts was staged. The Content Park studio in Zurich, equipped with professional television technology, conveyed the desired studio atmosphere, while the home studio with webcam suggested liveliness and variety from a staged reality ‘at home’ set. Both studios were decorated with lots of the wood and plants typical of the brand. Viewers benefitted from exclusive insights into various corporate strategies and practical tips on Salesforce products. Due to the great success of the online series, a further development of the format as a live stream is now in production.
