The Agentforce World Tour Switzerland 2025 was the largest event of its kind in Switzerland to date. It was a day full of inspiration, innovation and active collaboration. Customers, partners, trailblazers and colleagues gathered at the Kongresshaus Zurich to shape the future of trustworthy AI and digital customer experiences together.
The agenda included four stages, over 30 sessions, 20 live demos and hands-on activations that brought innovation to life. New additions included the Industry Space and the energetic Agentforce Zone. Both provided opportunities for exchange, new perspectives and intense moments of insight. The event kicked off with the opening keynote on the interaction between humans and AI in the age of intelligent systems. It concluded with an outlook on the future of trustworthy technology, followed by an atmospheric networking aperitif with music and culinary accompaniment.
Right in the thick of things: the campground, brought to life by the 26 partners. They presented forward-looking solutions and made a strong impression on the event, both in terms of content and atmosphere. Working closely with the Salesforce marketing team, Live Lab created an experiential world that combined strategic brand messages, clear design and high-quality hospitality at all levels. The result was a dynamic setting that supported information transfer, interaction and emotional brand loyalty.
