Live Lab | Brand Room Annual Meeting Davos 2024

As an agency, Live Lab is happy to take on any challenge - but this time the assignment came from its most demanding client: itself. With its own brand space in Davos, the team has created a central platform that brought together the agency's extensive network and served as a hub and creative lab. In a setting that was itself a source of inspiration, lively discussions and brainstorming sessions resulted in visionary ideas for future projects.

Design as a statement 

In the heart of Davos, Live Lab demonstrated what it means to show your colours. The brand room in the busy foyer of the Panorama Hotel broke with conventional design patterns. With the courage for grand gestures and love of detail, a place has been created that represents the agency’s core expertise of live communication in a refreshing design. The fireplace lounge was branded in the agency’s strongest CI colours, with its signature icons and QR codes already graphically staged on the exterior wall. The codes directed visitors to the numerous cases that the agency has successfully implemented at the Davos Annual Meeting in recent years. 

Inside, the room provided strong contrasts with turquoise walls, ceilings and curtains, a glittering floor and carefully selected red furniture and accessories. Details such as red painted lucky cats waving tirelessly at you, bright red firewood and books in shades of red rounded off the styling with a cheeky wink. Even the large fridge was branded and stocked exclusively with red soft drinks in glass bottles.   

The Live Lab brand room proves that strong communication doesn’t need a lot of space. A world of colour, character and brand presence was created in the smallest space, showcasing how powerful brand communication can be when you dare to show your colours.
