The Female Quotient | Equality Lounge 2023

Create space for equality: Enabling Conversations of Radiance and Power with the Female Quotient. Since 2018, Live Lab has been in charge of the successful implementation of the Equality Lounge at the annual meeting in Davos.

To establish equal opportunities and openness as an enrichment at all levels of society and to deal with business topics in a pointed manner: this is what the platform “The Female Quotient” (TFQ) stands for.

For two days, discussions took place every 30 minutes. Influential personalities from business, politics and culture participated as speakers and interested parties. This year, moderator and TFQ founder Shelly Zalis spoke with:

Live Lab provided the right framework in which know-how and networking intuitively intertwined and ensured that everything ran smoothly in the busy event space.

The space was cleverly divided into a stage area for the panels, co-working options and a hospitality and networking lounge area. The staging was fully in line with TFQ’s philosophy of transparency, enjoyment and openness.

All panel discussions were live-streamed on the platforms LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube, thus providing worldwide access to the inspiring discussions in real time.
