The Female Quotient | Equality Lounge 2024

For the sixth time, Live Lab accompanied "The Female Quotient" in its commitment to equality at the Annual Meeting in Davos. This year, too, strong signals will be set in the Equality Lounge.

“The Female Quotient” is an initiative that promotes gender equality and female leadership and played a significant role at the Annual Meeting in Davos 2024. The initiative organized over 90 important talks with 350 speakers, including conscious leaders, activists and entrepreneurs. These events attracted over 6,000 participants. The Female Quotient’s social community exceeded 3 million followers for the first time – a community that, like the company itself, is committed to equality. “The Female Quotient” put a spotlight on today’s pressing issues: the childcare crisis, inclusive AI, neurodiversity in the workplace, financial education and other facets of the complex topic area.

Live Lab created an inspiring environment for effective networking and knowledge sharing in the busy event space. The space concept included areas for informative panels, co-working, a retreat area and much more. Live Lab endeavored to design the lounge in line with the values of “The Female Quotient” brand: Open, inclusive and inspiring.
