Celonis | Executive Briefing Center Munich

Process intelligence made tangible

Celonis has opened its first Executive Briefing Center (EBC), named Nucleus, in the heart of Munich. It refers to the company's core, where all relevant information comes together. The EBC aims to make this core physically tangible as a hub for exchange, insight, and innovation.

Live Lab developed a comprehensive concept that complements the existing space and deepens interaction with C-level clients, from strategic concept to design and spatial staging. The result is a customer journey that begins at the elevator and uses graphic elements and hints to build anticipation for the upcoming experience. Visual elements on the walls and floor set the mood and guide visitors into an immersive brand world.

The highlight of the customer journey is the four showcases that bring complex Celonis subject matters to life. In the Supply Chain Showcase, processes are made visible through a 3D model with an AR overlay, enabling users to make data-driven decisions. In the AI-Showcase, visitors see how Celonis AI generates prioritized solutions from process data in seconds. The existing VR showcase is integrated into the room concept and visually demonstrates Celonis technology. The centerpiece of the room is the six-meter-high marble run, designed as a striking physical representation of the Celonis Orchestration Engine. Additional elements, such as the branded entrance wall, the typographical staircase, and the Insight Wall with information cards and voting elements, enhance the experience. No matter the goal or challenge, the solution lies within Celonis. At the end of their journey, visitors collect a Celonaut from the vending machine to serve as a reminder of their role as changemakers.

With great passion and a strong network of partners, we brought a vision to life where technology, storytelling, and spatial design merge into one immersive experience. The result is a brand room that brings the brand to life, makes processes visible, and opens up new perspectives.
