The Female Quotient | Equality Lounge 2020

«The Equality Lounge» is a globally circulating activation that makes a yearly stop at the Annual Meeting. Live Lab has been implementing the Equality Lounge in Davos since 2018.

The project brings leaders together to promote equality in everyday work and raise awareness of the issue. Building on the success of previous years, in 2020 the space was expanded with a rooftop tent structure, creating additional meeting and gathering spaces. Glass partitions, accentuated lighting and a bright and open atmosphere created an ambience for listening and being heard. 

This is because the significant goal of the Equality Lounge is to make its guests think. What does one’s own environment look like? Equal opportunity is everyone’s business, as the diverse panel with a variety of speakers impressively demonstrated. In addition to Nico Rosberg (F1 world champion), Sheryl Sandberg (COO Facebook), Jamie Dimon (CEO JPMorgan Chase & Co) and Ann Rosenberg (Senior Vice President, SAP), many more were on stage.
